"Latthé" Reims Gingerbread

Rediscover all the deliciousness of our "Pain d'Epices de Reims" tea in an iced latte version, a pure delight on this summer's day.

You'll need :

350ml milk (vegetable in this case, oat milk)

2 tablespoons Pain d'épices de Reims tea

1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder

2 tablespoons (or less, depending on your taste) rice or maple syrup.

1 pinch of salt.

Mix well and leave to infuse for 2 hours at room temperature, then strain and chill.

Enjoy in a glass filled with ice cubes.

Delicious, fresh, light and creamy: a delight!
